Our mission is to cut through the hype surrounding AI and Machine Learning and deliver value to businesses of all sizes. We believe many businesses are missing out on the potential of AI by thinking they need giant server farms and petabytes of data or that large language models (LLMs) are the only game in town. Our goal is to unlock the potential of AI for every business.

Our Story

At Upsyde AI, we are passionate about the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Our story began in 2019 when I was working on an age gated vending machine and invented a patent pending fraud detection algorithm. With my background in software development, I didn't recognize it as machine learning at the time, but it started my journey into the world of ML. The more I learned, the more I became fascinated with its limitless potential. After several years of developing a dynamic pricing algorithm for a startup and helping them with all kinds of other data analytics and ML needs, I decided to launch Upsyde AI to help other businesses harness the power of AI technology to transform their operations.

Simplest Solution that Works

We believe in providing our clients with the simplest solution that works. If a simple query and some if statements can do the job, that's excellent. If a linear regression can solve the problem, that's great. We always look for the most efficient and cost-effective solutions before resorting to more complicated methods.

We believe that solutions only have value if they actually get used. That's why we focus on delivering quickly and iterating on solutions that allow us to gather feedback sooner. By doing this, we ensure that the solutions we provide are practical and effective for our clients.
